1.
In a kadai add desi ghee. Once it get melt add daliya and roast till golden brown or smell will not come.

Now cut all the vegetables whatever we want to add. Today I am adding cauliflower, tomato,onion,potato and green coriander.

Now in same kadai add remaining ghee. First will add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,hing and add all the spices and then after add all vegetables one by one and saute till soft. Once it will be soft add daliya over vegetables.

Now add 6 cup water and make it open only in kadai. After some time water will get absorb and daliya will look like upma/pulav.
