roast the flex seed and do courstly grind...in a pan put 6 to 8 spoon ghee deep and heat it add gond and fry it after that do also it courstly grind

in same pan fry the all nuts and also make courtly grind..add again ghee roast wheat flour till that golden brown in midium flame

in a pan add half cup water add jaggery melt it only....now in a big parad add all roast or dry ingredients mix well add cardamom powder.....add slowly slowly jaggery water....mix very well try to make laddoo...if required add jaggery water little more..

give the shape of all mixture of laddoo..serve it
