Methods
  • 1. In a blender add wheat flour, suji, a pinch of salt, cardamom powder, and milk, blend to smooth flowing batter..
  • 2. take out in a bowl, cover it...let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add 1 cup sugar& 1cup water boil it till sticky consistency, turn off the flame add saffron strands,
  • 4. keep aside, heat up oil in a wide pan for the deep fry...
  • 5. mix batter well if it requires little more milk for flowing consistency
  • 6. you can add, mix well..now pour ladle full of batter into the medium hot oil, fry both the sides till golden brown.
  • 7. Deep fry all the malpuas in the same way, then dip them into the sugar syrup for two minutes
  • 8. take out, and arrange in serving plate garnish with some chopped nuts.
