Ingredients For Wheat flour Pani puri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Tack a patat add wheat flour, suji, baking powder mix well add water little by little and prepare hard dough.
  • 2. Close with lid/cloth and let it set for 30min.
  • 3. After 30min grease hands and platform, knead dough for 8-10min.
  • 4. Knead until dough gets its elasticity, devide into 3parts.
  • 5. Take any wet cloth to keep tolled pani puries, grease platform before rolling the dough Take one part of dough, roll dough evenly and thin.
  • 6. Take any cap to cut pani puri, cooking oil for deep fry heat oil. Make sure oil hot before adding poori. Don't add poori in normal temperature oil
  • 7. Add poor and splash oil and fry until golden red., flip and splash oil and fry on all sides.
  • 8. Fry on high flame if heat is too high fry on medium flame. Prepare all poori like this..
  • 9. Now ready for serve arrange jaljeera add black salt mix it, and potato masala and enjoye pani poori. Thanku
