Ingredients For Whole wheat Banana bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, mash all the bananas and make puree.
  • 2. tep 2: Add Oil, Essence, Jaggery powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well. Step 3: In a sifter, take wheat flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cocoa Powder and salt. Sieve all the dry ingredients.
  • 3. Step 4: Now add slowly and gradually all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well using cut and fold method.
  • 4. Step 5: Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Pour this mixture into a greased bread loaf tin. Step 6: Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
  • 5. Step 7: Once done, Take the tin out of the oven and de-mould the bread. Place it on a wired rack to cool completely. Step 8: Now slice and serve your healthy Banana Bread.
  • 6. Nuts i garnished on top it’s completely optional
