Ingredients For Whole Wheat flour almonds ladoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the nuts and fry them in low flame with 1 or 2 tsp ghee.
  • 2. In the same pan heat 1 cup ghee and roast the wheat flour on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes or till its colour changes to golden brown.
  • 3. Transfer roasted wheat flour into a plate and let it cool. Add sugar powder,nuts and cardamom powder to the flour when it's still warm.
  • 4. Mix everything well and make small ladoo by rolling them in palm.
  • 5. Let the ladoo cool down completely in room temperature then store them in a airtight container and enjoy for weeks.
