Methods
  • 1. Wash & remove pistils from flower. Heat ghee..fry pepper corns & cumin. ..Fry till aromatic.
  • 2. Add flowers...fry till they shrink. Transfer to a grinding jar.
  • 3. Add coconut, salt. Gring to fine paste using water.
  • 4. Pour to a bowl. Beat curd & add to ground paste.
  • 5. Serve as a drink/appetiser or else with rice too it tastes good.
