Mix it with some choco fills (or other ) taste will increase
Eating daily the same stuff will get to bore so mix it with real fruits or anything you like which make sense with it ?
Fruit magic has topped the charts in terms of taste and nutrition. This is so far the best flakes/museli that i have ever eaten and will continue to buy more. Kellogs, please dont change the flavour once this product becomes very successful and please maintain consistency in terms of the quality. With regards to 22% fruit, it is only based on weight, so not the absolute quantity you pour in your bowl.
Kellogg's Special K is a really good and filling cereal that is lower in sugar than some of the other alternatives. Still, the sugar content is quite high and I wish they would make one with no added sugar.
Overall, the taste is really good and I am fully satisfied with this product.
I felt an improvement in my digestion after using this for a couple of days. 4.0 out of 5 stars Best part no added sugar. For people who do not like sweet things for breakfast or who are cutting on calories. Also fibre content really fills uo the tummy.
the healthiest option these are very less processed whole grains as compared to the other two. They have high fibre content and low in glycemic index when compared to Instant and rolled oats which means they feel useful for a longer time and maintain your calorific value.
Kellogs special k is a very good option for someone who wants to manage weight and is a very good breakfast.
Whenever I find myself putting on few kilos I jump to this special k diet by kellogs as it is amazing and the results are mind blowing.
