This is kind of a small trial pack. Garam masalais a necessity of every kitchen.
Garam masala has good taste and has cardamom flavour. It has nice and refreshing aroma. Powder has granular texture which helps in sprinkling it with fingers or pinch. Overall it's a good product for the price at which I bought it.

I have cooked this rice a number of times now and every time the result has been fantastic, I will definitely buy this product again, but would also love to try the other brands as well to know where it stands in the peers in comparison of price and quality
Khohinoor Charminar select is Best basmati rice. Perfect choice for Briyani.
Rice is longer and not broken.
While ordering I had a dilemma between dawat rozana gold and this Charminar select. I bought both and tried. This Charminar select is really best in all terms. Tastes very well. Without second thought go for it.
Ordered since Devaya Basmati Rice was 'not available', but this one from Kohinoor is literally low quality stuff. Even local kiryana stores has better quality Basmati than this. Not recommended.
Charminar LONG Grains????? Excuse me! whose idea was it to write Long Grain Rice have you ever tried? It's one of the shortest whole rice available in market ZERO AROMA.

Now about the info on rice;- It is very average but the rice does not stick and after soaking you need very less water to cook. It is best suitable for Chinese fried rice. With the same price range one could get better rice available in SPAR, BIG BAZAAR, Etc...YOUR NEARBY SMALL SHOPS TOO
The taste and the smell was amazing very authentic hyderabady style biryani. Only one small thing to point out is the spice power is little coarse and has slightly prominent taste of black pepper. Already placed order for another 10 packs!
Tastes and smells as expected. Enhancces the flavour. Dont use the entire pack for one serving (although it tells you to), enough for two rajma dishes. this is the first time i used kohinoor masala and it's good in taste and the price it deserves a try.
Kohinoor's sabzi masala is totally tasteless and bland.If you prepare 2 identical bowls of a dish and use plain salt for 1 bowl and this Kohinoor sabzi masala for the other,you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two.
