The quality is very poor and you should not waste your money on this product.I don't like this product because of the quality.It can also be consumed raw.
Tuna Chunks in Olive Oil by Oceans Secret is a fine product available in the market . It has a fine taste and comes in a nice packaging .It is high in omega-3 fatty acids.
