Ingredients For Bajra Millet with Caramelized Onion and Apple Cider Dressing Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and sauté on medium flame till it turns golden brown
  • 2. Add pinch of sugar and let it caramelise.
  • 3. Add little water and crushed coriander seeds. Sauté for a minute
  • 4. Add apple cider vinegar and salt. Mix well and let it simmer for a minute
  • 5. Add lemon juice and switch off the flame
  • 6. Take boiled Bajra millet in a bowl, add caramelised onion dressing
  • 7. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Add mixed bell peppers and little olive oil
  • 8. Mix well. Garnish with crushed peanuts
  • 9. Serve immediately.
