Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius, and line a baking tin with parchment paper.

Take a bowl add in the butter and sugar, and cream it, until little pale and fluffy.

Then add in the eggs one by one, while whisking continuously. Do it until, doubled in size.

Fold in the flour, then transfer it in the lined baking tin, and put to bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes approx.

When baked take it out of the the baking tin and slice it into medium thin slice, and arrange them on the baking tray and put them back in the oven at 100 degree celsius for approximately 2 hours, or till hard as rusk.

The English style Cake Rusk is ready. it can be served with tea.
