Ingredients For Chicken Pineapple Macarons Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a blender, take all these ingredients along with almond flour, and make a dry smooth paste of Chicken. Don't forget to add pineapple and capsicum pieces, because it give a nice taste and flavors.
  • 2. Take out the paste in a plate, mix well with hand, if you feel little moisture is there in this Chicken paste, than you can add little almond flour. *Don't over add the almond flour, it makes the chicken macarons hard when we fried them.
  • 3. Now make small ball, rolling in your plum, slightly press them for flattened shape. Heat oil in a kadai, in low flame fry the chicken patties. Take out when the patties turns brown and crispy.
  • 4. Filled this fried chicken patties with mayonnaise or home made chutney or can enjoy them as it is. Here I served and plating with green chutney and spicy tangy mango chutney.
