Monsoons season is something that really brings flavours to the kitchen, tandoori flavoured momos stuffed with Chinese style cooked chicken, perfect appetizer for new year, kids birthday or kitti parties!

First let's make dough for outer layer, for that in a mixing bowl, add maida salt and oil and knead a medium soft dough and cover it for10 minutes.

Now let's make stuffing for that, in a large pan add water ,salt and chicken pieces,cover the lid and cook until chicken is cooked complelety.

Now shread the chicken when it becomes cool, in a pan heat oil,saute ginger garlic till raw smell gone.

Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, add chopped cabbage and chopped capsicum, cook on high flame.

Add soysauce, red chilly sauce,white vinegar and Schezwan sauce Add shredded chicken, saute on high flame till all mixes.

If needed add salt,When all combined and cooked switch off the flame.let it cool completely.

Now take small portion from dough and roll very thin Puri, fill 1tbsp stuffing and make like momo shape.

Here I have made some small and some medium sized,Heat steamer and arrange momos over strainer, cover the lid and cook till done.

Now let's make tandoori masala,for that in a large bowl combine all listed ingredients mentioned above. Mix well.

Now keep all momos in bowl and apply masala evenly on each momo. Take foil paper piece, put hot coal over it, and drop oil on it, let it cover for few minutes.

After few minutes heat dry pan and arrange momos on it, simmer the flame and roast till done.

Our chicken tandoori momos is ready to served. Serve with some onion cabbage salad, ketchup and lemon.
