Ingredients For Chocochip Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ c and like a bread loaf and set aside.
  • 2. Combine the flour,baking powder & salt and set aside
  • 3. Combine the butter, sugar,eggs and whisk them all together.
  • 4. Combine the curd and whisk again.
  • 5. Add the zest and the choco chips.
  • 6. Fold in the flour.Do not whisk here.
  • 7. Pour the batter in the bread loaf.
  • 8. Prepare the crumb-
  • 9. Mix the flour,oats,sugar and butter and make a crumbly texture.
  • 10. Sprinkle the crumble over the bread loaf and bake the break for 50 minutes.
  • 11. Or till and skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • 12. Remove the bread and immediately sprinkle the remaining Chocochip.
  • 13. Serve warm. Taste's best as it is.If you like you can spread some butter/cheese.
