Methods

How to make Chocolate Brownie Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 190*C. Line a 5 cm deep, 18 cm square cake pan with non-stick baking paper.
2. Heat butter, chocolate, and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Transfer to a heat proof bowl.
3. Add eggs and vanilla essence to chocolate mixture. Mix well.
4. Sift flour, and cocoa powder over chocolate mixture. Stir to combine.
5. Pour brownie mixture into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Set aside to cool. Once cool, lift out, cut into pieces, top with chocolate sauce and hazelnuts and serve.
