Ingredients For Dry fruit Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degree for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy then add oil,vanilla essence and beat again.
  • 3. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients i.e. flour,dry fruits and baking powder.
  • 4. Now add all dry ingredients in egg mixture and fold lightly by cut and fold method.
  • 5. Pour the cake mixture in cake mould and bake it at 160 degree for 20-25 minutes.
  • 6. Remove from the oven and cool it on cooling rack. Once cooled, remove cake from the mould and cut in slices to serve with tea.

Having dry fruits plain at times turn out to be boring, but when you have it in cakes, it is very delicious and nutritious. Great recipe!
