Ingredients For Egg Burfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil milk and let it cool. Break eggs one by one in milk and mix well.
  • 2. Whisk it with a wired whisker to form a frothy batter.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, add malai, milk and egg batter in it and cook on medium heat.
  • 4. Stir continuously to avoid burnt.
  • 5. When it starts thicken add sugar and cashews, cook till it becomes dry and ghee starts separate.
  • 6. Pour the cooked mixture into a greased square pan, flatten with spoon and cut in square shape. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron.
