Cut the top of the tomato. Squeeze the inner juice.

Add mustard and poppy seeds with a little salt and green chili and make smooth paste using mixer grinder. Add ginger paste, salt, turmeric and a little water in it.

Heat oil lightly, put tomatoes in it, put egg white in one and egg yolk in the other, cook for one minute, turn off the gas and leave it covered. This will boil the eggs in steam and there will be no possibility of burning the lower part of the tomato.

Now add the spices, salt, sugar and chilli powder and put it back in the gas. Let it cook on low heat. When the spice oil is released, take it down.
