How to make Ragi Chocolate Cake Recipe- Gluten Free

1 In a bowl sift the ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl beat the sugar & butter well till its get fluffy. Add in 1 egg at a time and beat it

2 Add yoghurt and mix well. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix well.

3. .Sift in the flour in parts and gently mix using a spatula. by cut and fold method. Add the milk in small gaps till everything gets mixed together. Add all the chopped nuts and give a good mix . you can also sprinkle nuts on top.Preheat oven at 175 degrees Grease and dust an 8 inch mould

4. Bake for 40 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.Remove & cool on a wire rack till cooled completely. The cake must be cooled almost to room temp before slicing or it will crumb due to the absence of gluten.
