Ingredients For Soya Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the Soya granules in water for 15 minutes. Wash it thoroughly and squeeze the water.
  • 2. Make the pieces of bread. Take it to a mixer jar and grind it to get the bread crumbs.
  • 3. Add it to Soya. Add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, gram flour and combine everything well.
  • 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Give it a shape of tikki or kebabs.
  • 5. Shallow fry it on hot oil from both the sides.
  • 6. Serve it with green chutney.
