Ingredients For SPINACH AND EGG CHEESE CUPS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Preheat oven at 350 degree.
  • 2. Generously oil silicone cup moulds.
  • 3. Add spinach and cheese in a bowl.
  • 4. To this add eggs, onion,garlic, ginger,salt ,pepper.
  • 5. Mix well.
  • 6. Pour egg mixture in to cups until at least 3/4 way full.
  • 7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • 8. Remove and cool.
  • 9. Serve.
