Too much water present in this paste. I use Mother's Recipe ginger-garlic paste. and this is not even comparable to it. Too much water adds to the weight of the product too, and ultimately you end up paying more.
Great taste actually. I know everyone else's taste need not match mine but this was great with mustard, sausage/ seekh kababs and hot dog rolls. Just the right amount of sweet and sour to balance the sharpness of the mustard. ... Great taste.

Coconut milk is a good replacement for milk especially for those who are lactose intolerant. On top this provides HDL and Lauric acid which is important for healthy heart and brain. Just consume a bit daily and you will feel the difference over time.
It splatters a lot when put in oil directly as for some dishes if u want to put first the paste for the flavour it's not advisable; put it after/ with onion so need to use very care fully. 4.0 out of 5 stars A good product. The ginger garlic paste could be made more pungent/ strong.
Value for money (32 Rs.). A must have for all working people who have near no time for pre- cooking. Taste is natural as I felt no difference than origonal ginger. But some preservatives are there.
Its true that it don't taste exactly as real fresh lemon juice. But for a quick lemonade n all its perfect. Its easy and convenient for adding to other food preparations.
