t's the best pasta sauce I have ever tasted people who didn't like it may be didn't know how to make best out of it.....it's very flavourful...can definitely taste the Italian flavours...make a mixed/pink sauces pasta, meaning add this sauce to white sauce so that all the flavors blend together well and taste like pastas prepared inany other Italian outlet.....
Best tasting schezwan sauce on the block even better than Ching's sauce and chutney. If they increase the quantity without proprtionately increasing the amount this can be a runaway success for Chinese loving Indians
While tasting it, it feels like eating some rotten tomatoes.Therefore after using it for around 4 months, again I decided to make sauce in home by bringing tomatoes from market. Please do not buy Kissan Squeezo Fresh Tomato as it taste is very sour and it feels like eating rotten tomatoes
I used Kissan Tomato puree in my curry dishes to make it more creamy and thicking sauce. As we all know tomatoes has anti oxidant properties that are good to combat cancer therefore i found it helpful to add it to my dishes.
it is the good one as far as i know because the lobia i have ate till now the taste of them was a bit changed and the taste of this is what i felt is organic without much preservatives
i totally loved the taste of this achari masala matthi i usually have it with my evening tea and when i dont have anything to munch on i totally recommend it.
