Veeba's Sriracha sauce as it is mentioned, it is spicy, but not overly unbearable spicy. It has hints of sweetness, and is pungent at the same time. Basically it will suit the Indian palate very well, since it has all the four taste characteristics, sweet, sour, salty and spicy. It is versatile, it can be used as a dip for pakodas, chips, fries, momos, nuggets, it can be added to noodles and fried rice too. The colour is pleasing red and the consistency is not too thick and not too thin, it is nice and pourable. The packaging is neat and does not get ones hands messy. It is sleek and fits in the refrigerator nicely. The price might be a bit too high at Rs.129, it could be in the range of Rs.80-90, then it would have been a really value for money product. Overall, a good product to have handy in your pantry, it will come to rescue more often than not.

These organic chia seeds are quite a good addition to your daily meals. Baggrys might be a bit expensive but then its a trusted brand so I would prefer this one to be given to my kid. I usually put them on top of yoghurt alongwith some dry fruits and fruits and becomes a healthy breakfast option. I also put them in muffins for my kid. Overall its a bit on the pricier side but the quality is good.

Everest Chaat masala has everything a Chaat masala should have. It is not over salty unlike other brands has the right amount of sourness and the spice is balanced making it perfect to use over salads in bhel or on top of fruits. You dont need to add too much just a little bit is fine. Overall an excellent product.

This hickory smoked barbecue sauce is a must have if you host parties often. It is sweet , sour and has a nice smoky flavour. It can be best used for marinades for chicken or paneer and then grill them and again baste them with this sauce. It is nice as a dip too with fried chicken wings. It is slightly expensive but it has a good shelf life so it is worth the spend.

These peas are of good qualtiy with the green peas size good and big. The colour is bright green and there are no mushy peas in the packet. The taste is sweet you can just steam them and toss in salt and pepper and they taste quite good. The price is average not too high not too cheap but given the quality, it is a good buy.

These are tart pickled cucumbers which are crunchy and come in this leak proof glass bottles. The price is around Rs.150 and its really worth it. Add it to your regular burgers and sandwiches and make them next level. The tartness of these pickles cuts through the creaminess of cheese and mayo and proves to be a perfect foil. These bottles will last you for a good 2 months if you make burgers twice or thrice a month. Absolutely recommended.

I tried the Chicken Cafreal curry paste recently, but I didnt use Chicken, since it is not advisable to eat during this time of bird flu, however I used Mutton instead and it came out excellent. I made the gravy as per instructions on the pack, and instead of raw mutton, I put boiled mutton in the paste, and simmered for 15 minutes, it tasted heaven and became an instant showstopper. The taste was a bit on the spicier side, but then Goan dishes are supposed to be a bit spicy, it had a nice coating consistency and the flavours were fresh and no one believed I had used a ready paste to cook it. I would absolutely recommend it to have it in your pantry, its very easy to use, saves you a lot of time and effort and you end up with a delicious dish.
