Flavourful
24 Mantra Organic Cassia is so flavourful and provides sweetness to the dishes.It’s very powdery and not coarse as it would have been while grinding the barks at home with the mixer .

Cassia
Cinnamomum cassia, called Chinese cassia or Chinese cinnamon, is an evergreen tree originating in southern China. It is one of several species of Cinnamomum used primarily for their aromatic bark, which is used as a spice. I use it widely in my gravies. The quality offered by 24 Mantra organic is very good.
