Perfect!
This product is perfect for any use. The quality of Gouda is very high at a very minimal price. A great substitute to Foreign cheeses.

Not a real gouda cheese
It is a creamy cheese, but tastes more like the processed Cheddar cheese you get in the market. Gouda is a hard cheese but this is semi firm and creamy not layered like Gouda

Quality
Amul processed Gouda cheese is an amazing product that is really good in quality. It is easily available and is very economical. It is worth giving a try and nicely packaged. It has a nice flavour and texture. Highly recommended.

Gouda cheese
Gouda has an aromatic and caramel-like flavour with sweet and nutty aroma.Very good quality.Can be used in pastas,soups and sandwiches as well. When I tried this along with mozerella I got to know. It has a nice flavour and it stretches well enough.
