Tasty instant idli mix
This mix works as a blessing whenever you plan to make Rava idli. I used this mix sometime back and it turned out to be amazingly well. The idlis were soft, quick and easy to put together and required minimal pre-preparation. This instant mix would really go well with you if you love South Indian food but lack on the time to make batters.

It is literally saviour
It is very helpful saves time and its taste is great. It becomes perfect thick fluffy batter once mixed and idlis become soft and delicious. I would recommend to try it once.

Rava idli mix
Bambino Rava Idli mix is a ready to make batter. After 5 minutes mix the batter well again and pour into oil smeared cups of the idli stand and place stand in cooker or vessel. Steam cook in the idli cooker or idli vessel for 10 minutes. I like to use it for breakfast meals.

Healthy
Bambino instant rava idli mix is an easy to make product. It does not require any fermentation and can be prepared very quickly. It is healthy and of good quality. The idlis made out of this are very soft and spongy. Highly recommended.
