THE BEST
Chef's top choice. There are certain recipes which only use Blue Bird caster sugar. Tiny granules are uniform in shape which will help in quick and uniform mixing in baking. But the price is too high.

A great product
Caster sugar by Blue Bird is a great and an essential ingredient in bakeries. It is a 500 grams box and has a fine packaging. Do give it a try.
