Take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add besan flour, dry roast it. Smell comes. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside.

After, take the pan, add ghee, melt it. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside.

After, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add sugar, water, melt it well. Boil it. It becomes sticky consistency. Then, add besan flour, melted ghee 1/2 cup, mix it well. Stir it.

Then add remaining ghee gradually, mix it well. Stir continuously. It becomes thickness. Then, switch off the flame.

Take a plate, grease ghee in it. Then, add that batter uniformly. After cooling, make pieces. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍.
