  • 1. Take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add besan flour, dry roast it. Smell comes. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • 2. After, take the pan, add ghee, melt it. Then, switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • 3. After, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add sugar, water, melt it well. Boil it. It becomes sticky consistency. Then, add besan flour, melted ghee 1/2 cup, mix it well. Stir it.
  • 4. Then add remaining ghee gradually, mix it well. Stir continuously. It becomes thickness. Then, switch off the flame.
  • 5. Take a plate, grease ghee in it. Then, add that batter uniformly. After cooling, make pieces. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍.
