Oats are one of very healthy grains, it has soluble fibers which is good in controlling of cholesterol and loosing weight . And you can make very delicious dishes from Kellogg's oat s like idli ,spicy oats ,pan cakes ,uttapam, energy bars ,puddings and many more ,from kids to old people everyone likes it.it is light brown in color and on cooking the color becomes more lighter. Its a healthy breakfast recipe and just take very less time to cook. As per your nutritional requirement daily consumption of 50- 100 gms of oats in your breakfast is good for overall well being.

This product is not bad. Although there are better products in the market but this wont disappoint you either. You can make it both sweet and spicy as per your choice.

A nice product
Oats Box by Kellogg's is a nice product available in the market for you to purchase. It comes in a nice attractive packaging and has a nice taste too. It is nutritous and low in fat content.

Good product
Very nice product. It's very healthy, as it is easy to digest and high in fibre, really versatile and could be used to make various other things. I highly recommend this.

Kellogg's- Oats is a very good product good in taste and is healthy for us. Packaging is great easy to store. I use this product daily in my breakfast. Highly recommended.

Kellogg's-Oats Box 1kilogram
Kellogg's-Oats Box 1kilogram made from quality oats is a healthy breakfast option. Oats in general is a magical grain that has many health benefits and is more soluble fiber than other grains. Though there are many good oats brands in the market other than Kellogg's yet it's good to go. I personally dont prefer Kellogg's oats at first.
