The flavor of this pack is very interesting. I only had a flavor if cardamom in milk or homemade desserts till now. Its nutritional content is also very good. But it has equally good amount of sodium. Thus daily consumption of one box of shrikhand should be avoided. An ideal intake would be once a or twice a week.

Shrikhand Elaichi
Milky Mist - Shrikhand elaichi pack is a great product but i feel the taste of elaichi is very overpowering in the pack. It is tasty when consumed in small amount at a time.

Lovely
I personally love sweets and this product is an amazing one. It has a beautiful flavour of elaichi and tastes good when chilled. It is easily available and cost friendly. Highly recommended.
