The only ready mix I would use in a hurry!
The package instructions are simple, and the aroma and flavour is quite good. Its good to use in a pinch and would definitely keep it handy in my pantry.

Alluring product
The dal based stew is high on vitamins and minerals iron, zinc, folate and magnesium. In addition to the pulses and vegetables, the eclectic mix of herbs and spices add to the many health benefits of sambar too.

Nice but could have been better
I have tried many MTR products . I had high hopes for this also but the flavour is OK no that great as what I was expecting . The flavour is bland and leaves a lot to desire. Although if one alters the recipe given behind then one can get quite tasty sambhar.

Sambhar powder
Sambhar is a South Indian curry generally consumed with south Indian breads like appam, dosa etc. MTR - Sambhar masala is perfect mix of Tamarind, ginger and all other ingredients used in it.
