Good oil
Combination of rice bran oil and safflower is really good. This is not as popular as Saffola gold but gives good result while frying (low absorption) and no heartburn if taking food with excess oil.

Saffola Total Pro Heart Conscious Can
Saffola gold has the right composition of 80% rice bran oil and 20% safflower oil. It is more effective in reducing cholesterol than each of the oils singly.I always like to use this oil.
