Good
Sundrop Heart Oil claims to be 'good for the heart' as it says that it contains rice bran oil which is a rich source of oryzanol. It is a blend of 80% Rice bran oil and 20% refined Sunflower oil. A major concern with rice bran oil and sunflower oil is its ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids.
