They closely oversee the entire farm production including goat breeding, milking, chilling of the milk, pasteurization, packaging, and delivery of their dairy products straight to your table. Their tight-knit family monitors each process with the utmost hygiene to obtain the most optimized quality of milk in an extremely traditional and authentic manner.
