I have come to know about this product 2 years back when I was newbie in the field of making chocolates at home. I am so happy with this brand because it is very old in the market and gives satisfactory results. I have tried varieties of chocolates, laddu, peda, ganache and even modak too. Just one thing to keep in mind is always keep the slabs out of refrigerator and never add water to it. If you wish to add colour and essence to the melted chocolates, add oil based colours and essence.

This peanut butter is quite good in texture and taste. Yesterday only I made cookies adding this and my cookies taste awesome. Only one thing you have to keep in mind …. If you store it in refrigerator bring it to room temperature before adding to any recipe or using it as a spread.
