I am using this kitchen king masala since last 3 years as a substitute of garam masala. Believe me , it goes very well with every kind of veggies may be dry one or the curry one. Once I simply added it to palak paneer and my guests asked me whether I had added something particular while preparing palak paneer. I suggest everyone to give it a try atleast once. I assure you not to get repented.
Weikfield baking powder is a branded bp and surely never disappoints you. I used to keep it in refrigerator and take it out atleast 2 hrs in advance before use. Best quality product if used before expiry date. Will advice every bakers to blindly go for it and prepare no fail bakery products.
Haldiram bhujiya sev is a tea time snack in my family since so so many years. I do surprise to find its consistent taste over so many years. My childhood memory related to this sev is we sisters always fight for the chunk it has. Hahaha. It is slightly spicy so I enjoy it with poha, dahi bhalla chaat, regular chaat and bla bla bla. If added to regular green chutney , it takes the flavour of chutney to another level. Do give it a try...
My mother used to cook dalia in various ways like dalia upma with veggies overloaded, sweet dalia or plain dalia that we eat with tadke vaali daal. The texture of Patanjali dalia is good but I don’t have a very good experience with it. I bought it two times but both the times when I open the packet a typical smell came out . When seen the expiry date , two months still remained to get it expired. After that I never purchased it and silently switched to other brands.
If I say this magic chaat masala is my savage there is no exaggeration. It’s a part n parcel of my happy kitchen and I just love it. I used to add it to my masala parathas, cutlets, chaats, bhallas and and the list is endless. If you have not used it till date, give it a try.
This particular jam is my bachpan vaala love that still exists. I don’t need bread to relish it . A spoonful of this jam is enough to deal with my mood swings. Hehehehe. I used to bake jam biscuit that tastes heavenly. It’s indeed value for money. I’m relishing it since last so many years but really it has not compromised with its taste.
Mini samosas are my childhood favourite when my father used to purchase it from local bakery shops. But Haldiram’s mini samosas are equally delicious. I used to make samosa chat adding beaten curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney. It’s a way too good snack option.
No doubt, fortune has ample varieties of rice but its every day basmati rice is perfect for making simple plain rice or jeera rice for daily meal. If prepared properly, it retains its shape beautifully. I will suggest everyone to give it a try atleast once.
Fortune besan is the best besan available in the stores. Once you start using this , you will just love it. Best for kadhi preparation, pakoda, chila, besan ki Maharashtrian sabji. Just one thing to keep in mind is sieve it before using it to make any dish.
Rajdhani dalia has a nice texture. Quality is quite good. Any of the dalia recipes can be made with this brand . But personally i feel that the grains are over grounded. Overall a very good product.
