This is probably the best custard powder in this category. Its easy to make and unsweetened that allow you to adjust the sweetness and flavour accordingly.Its sets to a perfect consistency . You can experiment with it in puddings ,croquembouche and fruit desserts.Can be stored up for long under refrigeration.
hershey cocoa powder is one of the best in town . Though it falls on a bit expensive side by its a go to chef's choice in coco powders. Its dense and chocolaty , perfect for brownies amd cakes. It would give you the perfect taste and is a good substitute if you cant get ypur hands on compound chocolate. You woud definately see s viable difference between hershey cocoa powder and any other brand.
The packaging makes a lot of product to go waste. Also I find the taste quiet vinegry and the heat is also less as compared to other hot sauces. Its definately a decent by according to the price it is offered for .
