First of all it doesn't contain noodles but small rings of flour which taste raw while eating. The overall taste is just like plain chicken broth with no other seasonings. While drinking I experienced a very strong and awful after taste of chicken which can be termed as raw egg like smell, which was a big turn off.
Love all the flavors in this brand, but this has to be my favorite so far. I don't know how they do it, but this instant soup tastes better than most broccoli soups I've tried.
