Oats is good for health but combined with the goodness of millets makes this oats millet meal awesome for health. Millet provides a great amount of fibre, protein and also a good source of carbohydrates and nutraceuticals. It is healthy and nutritious at the same time is very delicious. It is rich in protein and fiber. Overall an amazing product which is fulfilling. It can be eaten as breakfast and in the evening as well. Worth trying.
