The product is an excellent choice for preparing blueberry purees and compotes or reduction sauces to go with various dishes and desserts, and we use it in culinary establishments quite often. But if you're looking for fresh blueberries which can be expensive to buy, this is not the right thing because these are preserved and dried, and hence will keep longer. These are also nutrient dense, with significant antioxidants, and I'd definitely recommend this for desserts and cakes.
Lee Kum Kee has always been a favourite among the international customers because they've preserved their heritage and traditional techniques for years. I'd definitely go for them, specially this product because I'd mostly prefer light soy sauce in my dishes, which is different than the regular dark one you'd generally find in Indian markets. This is much more subtle in colour and flavour and hence you won't need to worry about overpowering with fermented soy flavours while cooking.
I use them in apricot sauces, zardari murg or other such Persian dishes, with pomegranates, raisins and sultanas as the grape juice solution for preserving these apricots also imparts a nice flavour. Pureeing is not necessary, the pieces make a fine garnish as well. Cook it or eat them like raw candies, they are a treat for sure!
One of my favourites as a dip, this will save your money on extra dips while ordering Asian food from outside. We used them in the hotels all the time as one of the main condiments for oriental starters and goes well with a lot of dishes. But I'd suggest don't use them while cooking and consume them as a side dip.
An essential ingredient and vegetable, Safal's frozen peas rightfully serve its purpose. Since peas are not available the year round due to seasonality it's always useful to keep a packet of these in your freezer as it will stay for many weeks without rotting. You can always use them for use in your curries or making individual pea dishes without any loss in taste. Besides, it also reduces the trouble of peeling and separating the peas from the pods as you'll get them packaged ready to use.
