Bajra Flour is best for a Health and making for a 'Bhakri ' is family of chapati and making for khakhras and etc. is best flour bajra. banda flour reach is vitamin B. thiamine, pantothenic, and pyridoxine.that is it minaral such as a potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc and selenium making it well enrich meal by itself.

I use Bakra flour a lot and generally get it grinded.But saw this brand amd thought of trying it.Not a bad choice.The flour was nicely grinded.Was fresh and it was pretty easy to form the dough and roll the chapatis.I even tried it for baking Bajra Cookies and that too turned out pretty good.Next time I'll buy this again for sure.
It's very healthy and easy recipe.
