Isabgol or psyllium husk is a commonly used Indian home remedy. So much so, that is used for treating constipation, diarrhea and the symptoms of anal fissures.i Know it as a common remedy for effective weight loss and clearing out the toxins from the stomach, isabgol has many more uses.

Effective releif
Dabur Nature care Isabgol is value-added Isabgol with super refined isabgol. Its super fine husk easily dissolves in water giving easy consumption. It gives smooth and effective relief from constipation.

Good one
The only effective one I found was NatureCare Double Strength which has 50% Isabgol, but the rest is full of Triphala, Ajwan etc which are quite effective. The Double Strength one is actually the beneficial one in most of the cases. It softens stools as well as gives pressure.

Good Product
It's best to have in times of stomach intolerance. It's a great product and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. This is one thing we should always have in our emergency box.
