Rich and thick white cream
It has a very thick and creamy texture. It is not at all flowy. While adding it to curries make sure to first take it out in a small dish, mix it well and then use it. It gives a rich flavour to the food. It is better to store it in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage. I just feel that the packaging could have been better.

Fresh cream
Milky mist - Fresh Cream Medium Fat is a good product. It's fat content is not enough for whipping cream but it's good to add into gravies.

This is an amazing product. I use this to make fruit cream and to add richness to various gravies. It comes in good quantity and quality. Overall it's a nice product. Worth giving a try.
