Great product
Nice product. Could be used in making poha as well. Perfect blend of spices and high at antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties. I highly recommend this product.

Great taste
MTR Brinjal Rice/ Vangi Bhath Powder is really tasty masala available in the market.It's almost as good as one available in the restaurant.

Vangi bath masala
Vangi bath Literal translation could be thought of, as fried brinjal rice. Specialty Indian chefs having an art of cooking vegetables often indulge in this delicacy. MTR - Brinjal rice powder is a good product to people who might not know the authentic recipe.

Usually I don't like to eat brinjal but I like the taste of this MTR brinjal rice/Vangi bhath masala. It tastes so amazing and aroma is also so good.
