The organic amaranth seeds by organic tattva are easy to cook and very healthy. The seeds are so soft when cooked and being neutral in flavor mix easily in any recipe. I recommend this brand as the seeds are fresh. The packaging is basic once you open the packet you need to store these seeds in an airtight container.
