Great product
Chana Dal could be used in a variety of ways. It is high in proteins and iron. It increases our energy. It is a great source of Vitamin B12. I highly recommend as it should be eaten at least once in a week.

Reliance- channa dal is very nutritious. It is premium grade channa dal. Rich in fibre and protein It has Slightly sweet and nutty flavour.

Channa dal
Quality of channa dal is very important as it should be perfectly polished and not artificial coating should be added. Reliance provides a good quality of it. It is reasonable and you can rely on it.

Reliance offers good quality chana dal and that too on a very reasonable price. It is a rich source of vitamin b12 and is very nutritious. It is easily available and worth giving a try. Highly recommended.
