Good for growth

Poor management of macros
As the name suggest. Protinex (a supplement of protein) but the poor management of macros is quite disappointing . The presence of sugar is Very unhealthy on the other hand if the level of sugar and total carbs were low this drink must fulfill Evey requirements of athlete
