Great product
Caraway seeds or shah jeera contain appreciable moisture, protein, fat and a substantial amount of carbohydrates besides ash, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin. It also contains vitamins C and A. Very tasty and healthy.

Reliance-shah jeera pack 50 gms have slightly strong flavor than the usual local shops jeera. It has many health benefits. Jeera water is very healthy and good for metabolism.
